Declaration of Partnership Building
Our company declares that we will focus on the following items in order to build new partnerships by promoting cooperation, coexistence, and mutual prosperity with our supply chain business partners and businesses seeking value creation.
1. Coexistence and Mutual Prosperity Across the Entire Supply Chain and New Collaboration Beyond Scale and Affiliation
By encouraging not only direct business partners but also deeper tiers of business partners within the supply chain, we will work to increase added value across the entire supply chain. Furthermore, through collaboration that transcends existing business relationships and corporate scale, we aim to establish coexistence and mutual prosperity with our business partners.

Our company places the delivery of optimal learning tailored to each individual at the core of its corporate activities through the development and provision of individually optimized learning services (Japanese and English) utilizing AI technology. Based on this philosophy, we collaborate with our qualified and experienced instructors, AI base model providers, educational content production companies, and research institutions such as universities to contribute to improving added value across the entire supply chain and building coexistence and mutual prosperity through the following initiatives:
- Inter-Firm Collaboration: Through open innovation that transcends company size, industry, and affiliation, we will combine our proprietary learner models and adaptive question generation algorithms with the technologies and content of our partners to jointly create new educational services.
- IT Implementation Support: We will share with our partners the expertise in utilizing AI and digital tools accumulated through operating cram schools and building/operating online education platforms. At the same time, we will promote the digitization of ordering, acceptance, and billing to support reducing administrative burdens and improving productivity for our partners.
- Green Initiatives: We will promote the digitization of teaching materials and reduce paper usage by providing classes, homework, and corrections via electronic materials and online platforms. In addition, we will thoroughly ensure that submitting manuscripts, proofreading, and deliveries with external contractors producing learning materials are conducted via digital data, thereby reducing the environmental impact associated with printing and transportation across the entire supply chain.
2. Compliance with the "Promotion Standards"
We will comply with desirable transaction practices between contracting enterprises and small/medium-sized subcontractors (the "Promotion Standards" based on the Subcontract Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Act), including improvements in ordering methods, price determination methods, payment methods, transaction conditions related to molds/tools, protection of intellectual property, and fair transactions. We will actively address and correct transaction and business practices that hinder the building of partnerships with business partners.
3. Others (Optional Section)
Our company pays contractors in cash (bank transfer) and does not use promissory notes. In transactions with freelancers, we ensure fair dealings in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as clearly stating transaction terms in writing. Furthermore, we determine prices in a manner that allows for price pass-through not only to direct suppliers but also to tiers beyond them. To foster coexistence and mutual prosperity across the entire supply chain in which we operate, we will promote the awareness and adoption of the Declaration of Partnership Building among our direct business partners and throughout the entire supply chain.
